BOOKING ENQUIRIES

Reservations are recommended and may be done directly at the Lodge. To confirm all accommodation bookings, we do require a 50% deposit to be paid to confirm the reservation. This may be deposit by Internet Banking (EFT), transferred directly into our bank account, with a copy of the deposit emailed to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. A Credit Card number will also secure your reservation. Should you send us your Credit Card details; kindly send us authorisation to process the required deposit. The balance may be paid at the Lodge, either by cash or Credit Card. We accept Visa & Master Card; regretfully, we do not accept Debit cards.

Please note — with all December and Easter reservations we require a full non-refundable deposit to be paid.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Should a reservation be cancelled between 15 – 30 days before arrival a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. Should the reservation be cancelled between 0 – 14 days, there will be a non-refundable 100% cancellation fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Please notify the Lodge of any changes to your reservation details, late arrivals or cancellations.
2. Check in time is from 14h00 to 18h00; check out time is by 10h00.
3. Your reservation will only be guaranteed after the deposit amount requested is received.
4. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking within 14 days from making your reservation. With all December and Easter reservations a 100% deposit is required.

6. Semonkong Lodge reserves the right to release bookings that are non-guaranteed.
7. A no-show fee of 100% will be charged if guests fail to arrive at the Lodge on the stated date or if cancellations are done within 24 hours of arrival.
8. Should a reservation be cancelled between 15 - 30 days before arrival a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
9. Should a reservation be cancelled between 0 - 14 days before arrival, a 100% non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged.
10. The facilities available at the Lodge are strictly reserved for the use of residents.
11. Rooms sleep a maximum of 2 adults unless otherwise specified.
12. No smoking inside the buildings is permitted.
13. No service in the rooms from the kitchen or bar. The restaurant & bar is available for meals & drinks.
14. With regard to all activities we do require Indemnity Forms to be filled once at the Lodge. Should you have Medical Insurance, please supply us with your Medical Insurance No. in case of any emergency.
15. It is Lodge Policy that with all horse riding activities, riding helmets must be worn.
